Crispy Cheese Topped Potatoes

  1. Mix potato slices with butter.
  2. Place slightly overlapping in foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  4. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Top with cornflake crumbs and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  7. Return to oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until potaotes are tender.
