Chili bowl supreme
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 large beef steak cooked and pulled apart ( i used pressure cooker for 15 minutes )
- 1 packages old El Paso chili seasoning
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jar of ragu sauce
- 1 bread chili bowls
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of dark red kidney beans
- 1 Can of brown beans
- 1 Can of corn
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 clove Of chopped garlic
- 1/4 Of a red pepper chopped
- 1/4 Of a green pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp each Of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Grace's hot sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 sour cream
- 1 chives
- In a frying pan fry the onions for 2 minutes and then add the chopped garlic green peppers and red peppers and continue to fry until they start to turn soft
- Add the ground beef and continue to fry until the ground beef has cooked fully and is no longer pink then add the salt and pepper and mix
- Add old el Paso taco seasoning mix and mix together then add the black beans red beans brown beans and corn and mix together
- Add the ragu sauce and chili powder and hot sauce and mix well then I'd you're pulled beef mix well and let cook for about 20 minutes on low- medium heat stiring once a while
- 10 minutes before your chili is finished preheat your oven to 375F Fahrenheit and place your bread Chili Bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes remove from the oven onto a plate and add some chili in the bowl top it off with some cheddar cheese scoop of sour cream and chives and enjoy
