My Spicy Chicken mishapes
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 300 liter Batter mix or packet of batter mix ready
- 1 pinch Of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Deep fryer
- 1 liter Veg oil
- Ingredients
- Cut up the Chicken into 1 inch pieces
- Turn on the deep fryer and heat up to 170'C.
- You can use a deep frypan as long as the oil is about 2 inch deep
- Mix the battermix
- When the oil is hot dip chicken pieces in the batter until it's covered in the thick batter mix
- Add the paprika, Cayenne Pepper & salt to the batter and mix well
- Then put the battered chicken into the hot oil and shake so they don't stick to the bottom
- Cook about 4 or 5 at a time then put them on kitchen paper to drain.
- You can re-heat them in the oven later
- When cooked arrange on a bed of salad and serve with a dip
