My Spicy Chicken mishapes

  1. Ingredients
  2. Cut up the Chicken into 1 inch pieces
  3. Turn on the deep fryer and heat up to 170'C.
  4. You can use a deep frypan as long as the oil is about 2 inch deep
  5. Mix the battermix
  6. When the oil is hot dip chicken pieces in the batter until it's covered in the thick batter mix
  7. Add the paprika, Cayenne Pepper & salt to the batter and mix well
  8. Then put the battered chicken into the hot oil and shake so they don't stick to the bottom
  9. Cook about 4 or 5 at a time then put them on kitchen paper to drain.
  10. You can re-heat them in the oven later
  11. When cooked arrange on a bed of salad and serve with a dip
