Apfelkuchen German Apples in viscous batter and vanila ice cream. such a nice German recipe!
- 2 tbsp melt butter
- 100 grams normal flour, maybe a bit more.
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml weiser beer (blonde)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 big apples
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 cinamon
- into a bowl add the flour, the melt butter and mix them.
- then add the eggs, the salt and the beer.
- cut the apples like rings and unpeel them
- cut them about 1cm think
- put them into the mix of the bowl and then fry them into hot oil (synflower oil), until they will be golden.
- put them on a dish with kitchen paper to take away the oil.
- sparkle them with sugar and cinammon.
- serve with vanila ice!
- the mix in the bowl has to be solid, no luquid or to harf.
- has to stand on the apple
