Orange Chicken

  1. Combine salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and then saute garlic until tender.
  4. Add chicken and saute until browned.
  5. Pour the concentrated orange juice drink and water over the chicken and cover.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, then stir in vegetable stock.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  8. Add oregano, thyme, chicken stock cube, and onion; mix well, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in mushrooms; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
