Holiday Candy Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine sugar, butter and peanut butter in large bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
  5. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  6. Beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
  7. Stir in oats, candy pieces and chips by hand.
  8. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls into paper-lined mini muffin pans.
  9. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until set and light golden brown.
  10. Let stand 2 minutes; remove from pans.
