Quick Sukiyaki

  1. Freeze meat 1 hour to firm (makes slicing easier); slice into very thin strips.
  2. In skillet, brown mushrooms and cook carrots, celery and onions in oil until just tender; push to one side.
  3. Add meat; cook until color changes.
  4. Add gravy, spinach and soy.
  5. Heat; stir occasionally.
  6. Stir in radishes.
  7. Serve with rice.
  8. Makes about 6 cups, 6 servings.
