Super Tasty Japanese Style Creamy Udon Using Frozen Udon Noodles
- 3 servings Frozen udon noodles
- 1 dash Water
- 1 tsp Hon dashi Japanese stock granules
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Black pepper (to finish on top)
- Microwave the frozen noodles for 5 minutes until they start to separate.
- In a pan, add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Add Hon dashi and turn on the heat to medium-high.
- When it starts to boil, add the noodles and soy sauce and heat up while untangling the noodles.
- Turn the heat to low and add the heavy cream.
- Bring to a simmer and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on plates.
- Sprinkle with the black pepper and enjoy!
