Sausage and Vegetable Calzones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Brown sausage with mushrooms and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Drain; return to skillet.
  4. Stir in cooking creme and mozzarella.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Unroll pizza dough on clean work surface.
  7. Pat out to 15- by 11-inch rectangle; cut lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise into thirds.
  8. Top dough rectangles with sausage mixture; fold in half.
  9. Seal edges with fork.
  10. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 30%DV vitamin C, 20%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
