Lemon-Pepper Linguine with Clam Sauce

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, sautE onion in heated oil in a saucepan over medium high heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in bottled and drained clam juice and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir cornstarch into water, then whisk into sauce and boil, stirring, for 1 minute.
  6. Add clams and parsley; heat through.
  7. Serve linguine tossed with sauce.
