Nothing-But-Meat Pizza
- - prepared Pizza Dough (1-lb. balls)
- 2 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
- 1 cup onions, chopped, sauteed King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup green peppers, chopped, sauteed
- 3/4 cup Roma tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 3 cups shredded Asiago cheese, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- - grilled medium-rare boneless beef strip steaks, very thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- - Italian sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
- - OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Roll out each ball of dough on lightly floured surface to 14-inch circle; dock evenly with fork.
- Place on pizza screens.
- Bake in 400 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.
- or until crusts are crisp and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, combine steak sauce, onions, peppers and tomatoes.
- Spread 3/4 cup steak sauce mixture onto each crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup (2 oz.)
- each Asiago and mozzarella cheese.
- Top evenly with steak, sausage, bacon and remaining cheeses.
- Bake 2 to 3 min.
- or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
