Key Lime White Chocolate Chipper Cookies

• 12 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 12 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 cup lime juice
• 1 12 teaspoons lime zest
• 34 cup white chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a bowl cream together butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk.
3. Blend in the flour, baking powder, salt, lime juice and lime zest.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Roll dough into walnut sized balls.
6. Placed on ungreased sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
7. Let stand for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.
