Spicy Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallot, jalapeno, and garlic, and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, and saute 7 to 9 minutes, or until liquid released by mushrooms has cooked off and mushrooms begin to brown.
  4. Stir in lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and toss with cilantro.
  6. Serve warm.
