Country Style Ribs
- 1 can 26 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 lb country style ribs w/ or w/out bones
- Put mushroom soup in crockpot and mix in ketchup.
- salt and pepper the ribs, brown the sides in a skillet before place in the soup mixture.
- Cook on high for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
- switch to low for an hour.
- cook time depends on how tender you want your meat.
- i serve this with mashed potatos and use the gravy on them!
- delish!
