Garlic-Lime Shrimp

  1. Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix in next 6 ingredients.
  3. Saute 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp; saute until opaque in center, turning occasionally, about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley.
  6. Season with salt and pepper; serve.
