BAKER'S Swirled Chocolate Fondue
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
- 3/4 cup cream (10%)
- sliced fruit, pound or angel food cake cubes
- MELT white chocolate with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the cream; stir until smooth.
- MELT bittersweet chocolate with remaining cream; stir until smooth.
- POUR white chocolate then bittersweet chocolate mixtures into oval dish; swirl marble.
- Serve with fruit and cake pieces.
