Semifreddo

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Prepare whipped topping mix with milk as directed on package.
  3. Fold into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Spoon 4 oz.
  5. (115 g) yogurt mixture into each of 16 silicone molds (or into each of 8 molds for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Freeze overnight.
  7. For each serving: Unmold semifreddo onto plate; drizzle with 1 tsp.
  8. (5 mL) honey.
