Semifreddo

• 1 qt. plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
• Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 4 tsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
• 1 cup fresh lime juice
• 2 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
• 1 cup 2% milk
• 1/3 cup honey

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Prepare whipped topping mix with milk as directed on package.
3. Fold into the yogurt mixture.
4. Spoon 4 oz.
5. (115 g) yogurt mixture into each of 16 silicone molds (or into each of 8 molds for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Freeze overnight.
7. For each serving: Unmold semifreddo onto plate; drizzle with 1 tsp.
8. (5 mL) honey.
