Linguine With Sauce Verde
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup chicken bouillon
- 34 cup ricotta cheese
- 12 cup dried parsley
- 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 cup toasted almond, slivered
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
- Process all ingredients, except pasta and almonds in food processor untilo well blended.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, drain.
- Mix sauce, toasted almonds and pasta together.
- ENJOY!
