Ranch Tortilla Burgers

  1. Combine the beef, tortilla chips, ranch dressing, salt and pepper; mix well.
  2. Divide into 4 equal patties.
  3. In large skillet, fry burgers over med-high for 10 minutes each side, or until no longer pink.
  4. Toast the bread.
  5. Serve burgers on toast dressed with your favorite condiments.
