Bean Chalupa Recipe

  1. Place beans, pork, water and rest of ingredients in a heavy kettle or possibly Dutch oven.
  2. Cover and simmer about 5 hrs or possibly till roast pulls apart easily.
  3. Uncover and cook till thick, about 1 hour.
  4. Serve over corn chips or possibly use as a dip.
  5. Can top with Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack cheese.
