Sauce and Meatballs

  1. Mix ground beef, pork, bread, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, and pepper.
  2. Form meatballs.
  3. Broil until brown (can also be fried in olive oil).
  4. Fry garlic and olive oil in a large stockpot.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  6. Lower to simmer and cook 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Add meatballs ad cook additional 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve with 1 lb pasta.
