Turkey Casserole
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can carrots (drain)
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas (don't drain)
- 1 lb ground turkey (browned)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- Layer each ingredient in a 9 x 13 pan starting with the sliced potatoes then onion followed by the carrots, peas, then browned turkey and top with the can of tomato soup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
