BBQ Chicken Cups
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 can of Buttermilk Biscuts
- 1 Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce or any sauce you like
- Preheat oven to 400
- Boil & Shred the Chicken
- Add sauce to chicken & cook till hot.
- meanwhile grease your muffins pan & add the biscuts..pressing them out into cups..
- Add you chicken mixture to the cups & bake for 10-12mins
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese & enjoy..* they are good without the cheese also..
