Jack Daniels Salmon
- 1 whole Chopped Red Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Chopped Garlic
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 13 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 13 cups White Grape Juice
- 1/2 cups Jack Daniel's Bourbon (or Any Brand You Have Avaliable)
- 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
- 4 whole Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- Preheat oven for 375 degrees.
- Set salmon and salt/pepper aside.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a slow boil.
- Lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Have a large shallow pan ready for the salmon.
- Put each salmon fillet on its own small tin foil sheet.
- Mold tin foil around each salmon fillet to create a little boat for each one.
- This is to keep the sauce around each fillet and keep them moist.
- Put salmon boats in your baking dish.
- Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on each fillet.
- Once sauce has simmered, spoon a generous amount onto each fillet.
- Dont use all the sauce because you will want some for dipping while you are eating.
- Slide salmon into the oven for about 30 minutes.
