Tom Thumb Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Slaw cabbage as for cole slaw, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat to a boiling point sugar and vinegar.
  3. Stuff peppers with cabbage and fill jars.
  4. Cover with boiling vinegar syrup.
  5. Seal tight but leave 1/2 inch air expansion in each jar.
  6. Put in water bath.
  7. Boil 5 min.
  8. Let cold in bath.
