Crockpot Pizza Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 (28 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 6 12 cups water
- 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 (4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- additional shredded cheddar cheese
- In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, cook beef with onions and red pepper over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients to crockpot EXCEPT cheese.
- Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Before serving, add cheese.
- Stir until melted.
- Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
