Ryan's Street Tacos

  1. Chop onion, tomato, and cilantro and set aside
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and add onion saute until brown.
  3. Add a splash or two of the beer ( I used michelob ultra) and continue to brown until onions are soft.
  4. Then remove and set aside
  5. Chop flat steak into small pieces and add to skillet along with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, squeezed juice from lime, and cilantro.
  6. Cooked until brown and add another splash of beer.
  7. Once steak is browned serve on tortilla along with caramelized onion, chopped tomato and chopped avocado.
  8. Garnish with more cilantro.
  9. Eat it and wash it down with the rest of the beer.
