Ryan's Street Tacos
- 3 medium Flat steaks
- 1 packages Small tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 can Beer
- 1 Cummin
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Garlic power
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Chop onion, tomato, and cilantro and set aside
- Heat olive oil in skillet and add onion saute until brown.
- Add a splash or two of the beer ( I used michelob ultra) and continue to brown until onions are soft.
- Then remove and set aside
- Chop flat steak into small pieces and add to skillet along with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, squeezed juice from lime, and cilantro.
- Cooked until brown and add another splash of beer.
- Once steak is browned serve on tortilla along with caramelized onion, chopped tomato and chopped avocado.
- Garnish with more cilantro.
- Eat it and wash it down with the rest of the beer.
