Hot Sausage Balls

• 2 lb. hot sausage
• 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1/2 cup cold water

1. Mix sausage and cheese together.
2. Mix bisquick and water together to form a soft dough.
3. Mix with sausage mixture.
4. Make bite-size balls with your hands and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm.
8. These can be made ahead and reheated.
