Parsley Chicken

  2. Pound chicken breast to uniform thickness.
  3. Set aside.
  4. 2.
  5. Juice lemon and add juice to a Ziploc bag.
  6. Add remaining ingredients to bag and squish or stir to combine.
  7. Add chicken and marinate for about an hour.

  9. Preheat grill.
  10. Once grill is hot, turn heat down and grill about 10 minutes on each side (or until done, depending on size of chicken).
  11. Try not to move chicken around once you place it on the grill.
  12. 4.
  13. Let chicken rest a few minutes before you serve.
  14. Enjoy!
