Parsley Chicken
- 6 pieces Chicken Breast
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Marjoram
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1.
- Pound chicken breast to uniform thickness.
- Set aside.
- 2.
- Juice lemon and add juice to a Ziploc bag.
- Add remaining ingredients to bag and squish or stir to combine.
- Add chicken and marinate for about an hour.
- 3.
- Preheat grill.
- Once grill is hot, turn heat down and grill about 10 minutes on each side (or until done, depending on size of chicken).
- Try not to move chicken around once you place it on the grill.
- 4.
- Let chicken rest a few minutes before you serve.
