Easy Gluten Free Tofu Noodles

  1. Press and drain tofu.
  2. Add oil and minced garlic to a large frying pan.
  3. Cut tofu into small squares and saute until brown.
  4. Snap asparagus and add to pan.
  5. Dice apricots.
  6. When asparagus is almost cooked , add apricots .
  7. Mix with cooked pasta and butter.
  8. Salt to taste and serve immediately.
