- 2 whole Bell Peppers (that Stand Up Straight On Their Own)
- Veggie Dip
- Cut Up Veggies (ex: Celery Sticks, Mini Carrots, Broccoli Florets, Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Pepper Or Cucumber)
- 1.
- Organize your cut-up veggies on a platter.
- 2.
- Slice off the tops of your two bell peppers and scoop out the insides.
- 3.
- Scoop your veggie dip inside the bell peppers and serve in the center of the platter.
