Hot and Sour Greens

  1. Wash and dry greens.
  2. Remove any tough stems.
  3. Slice stems used into 1/4 inch pieces and leaves into 1/2 inch pieces.
  4. Heat canola oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and pepper flakes.
  6. Stir-fry 1 minute.
  7. Add greens along with mustard.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Mix vinegar, soy, and sugar together and add to skillet.
  10. Toss.
  11. Cover skillet and cook for five more minutes.
