Bbq Trout Recipe

  1. Brush trout with lemon juice inside and out to preserve freshness before refrigeration.
  2. Place 2 trout, 10 to 12 inch fish, in shallow baking dish; pour marinade (recipe follows) over fish.
  3. Let stand for one hour.
  4. Place on grill and cook till done, approx.
  5. 15 min.
  6. The liquid removed marinade should be used for basting during cooking.
  7. MARINADE: Use hand mixer to blend all ingredients well.
