Anna's Easy Broccoleesy

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a seperate pot, bring milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a boil.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, and return to a boil.
  4. If cream sauce needs to be thickened, combine cornstarch with a little cold milk and add to sauce.
  5. Boil until thickened.
  6. In a seperate bowl, combine frozen broccoli, cream sauce, and a little salt.
  7. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle cheddar sheese over top of broccoli mixture.
  9. In a small bowl, combine bread / cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  10. Mix until well combined.
  11. Sprinkle over top of cheddar cheese.
  12. Bake for 25-30 min., or until everything is hot and bubbly, and cracker crumbs are golden brown.
