Sauteed Chicken With Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet; add in chicken, vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  4. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  5. wine; simmer 5 min.
  6. In saucepan combine cream cheese, lowfat milk and remaining wine.
  7. Stir over low heat till smooth.
  8. Serve by placing noodles on a serving platter.
  9. Top with chicken mix then cream cheese mix.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
