Spicy Garlic Lupini Beans

  1. Drain the beans of their liquid and place the lupini beans in a colander and run them under running cold water.
  2. Rinse the beans well under the water.
  3. Transfer the beans to a large tupperware box and fill with water.
  4. Add enough water to cover the beans comfortably.
  5. Add the sea salt, chopped hot peppers and a good amount of chopped garlic.
  6. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
  7. Now to serve, you don't eat the outer shell.
  8. You first bite into an individual beans, enough to make a dent and the end of the bean you are holding you squeeze the bean out and eat and throw the outer shell away.
  9. The longer you leave the beans in the water the tastier they become.
