White Christmas Jewel Fudge

  1. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand, vanilla and salt.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cherries.
  3. Spread evenly in foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
  6. Store covered in refrigerator.
  7. TIP: Fudge makes a great homemade holiday gift!
