Cappuccino Cups
- 18 chocolate wafer cookies
- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1-1/2 cups 10% cream or milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix, prepared, divided
- 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 18 paper-lined medium muffin cups.
- Stir coffee granules into hot water in large bowl until dissolved.
- Add cream, dry pudding mix and cinnamon; beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Gently stir in 3-1/2 cups of the topping.
- Spoon evenly over cookies in muffin cups.
- Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Remove desserts from paper cups just before serving; place on individual dessert plates.
- Top evenly with the remaining dessert topping; drizzle with chocolate.
