Cappuccino Cups

  1. Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 18 paper-lined medium muffin cups.
  2. Stir coffee granules into hot water in large bowl until dissolved.
  3. Add cream, dry pudding mix and cinnamon; beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Gently stir in 3-1/2 cups of the topping.
  7. Spoon evenly over cookies in muffin cups.
  8. Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Remove desserts from paper cups just before serving; place on individual dessert plates.
  10. Top evenly with the remaining dessert topping; drizzle with chocolate.
