  1. mix dry ingredients together.
  2. add eggs milk, or cream of corn, and oil.
  3. beat just until smooth, approximately 1minute (dont overmix) Pour batter into a greased 8 inch pan or greased muffin pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 23 to 28 minutes.
  5. serve warm w/ butter.
