Tagliatelle with Tomato Sauce, Garlic And Basil

  1. Drop tomatoes in boiling water.
  2. Leave them in for 2 minutes.
  3. Then remove from the pot.
  4. Remove the skin and seeds.
  5. Chop them.
  6. Heat butter in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  7. Saute the finely chopped shallots and garlic in the butter until soft.
  8. Add the basil, tomatoes and cream.
  9. When the mixture is hot, add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Serve over hot tagliatelle.
  12. ENJOY!
