Okara & Nori Chazuke Rice Bowl Soup

  1. Prepare the tea or boil the water.
  2. Weigh the okara and then microwave at 700 W for 1 minute.
  3. Place the ingredients in a bowl in order from top to bottom.
  4. Top with your choice of toppings.
  5. Gently pour Step 1 over everything.
  6. Mix it all together and enjoy.
  7. It's hot so be careful.
  8. Use the instructed amounts of dashi stock and natural salt.
  9. If you then think it's too thin, adjust it accordingly.
  10. The reason for that is that the saltiness of the toppings will change the taste.
