Anchoiade
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Anchovies Packed In Olive Oil, Drained And Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a food processor, puree anchovies and garlic together.
- Slowly pour in olive oil until blended.
- Transfer the anchoiade to a small bowl.
- Serve with bread and raw vegetables.
