rice kofta (egyptian meal)
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup chopped dill
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumen
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dry coriander
- 1 tsp all spices
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 broth cube
- 1/2 cup vege oil
- 1 salt and pepper

- In the food processor, blend all ingredients together , until obatining a soft mixture .
- 2.
- Make koftas ( fingers ) from this mixture and fry in hot oil until it become dark brown .
- Set aside, and let's prepare the sauce .
- 3.
- In a deep sauce pan , heat the oil... Add the garlic when it goes brown put tomato paste .
- stir for some minutes .
- 4.
- Add one cup of water , broth cube , and seasonnigs with salt, pepper .
- 5.
- Let cook for 25 minutes .served with( rice with vermicelli)
