Tamagoyaki Okra Flowers

  1. Lightly boil the okra, then lightly coat with mentsuyu.
  2. Mix the sugar and egg together.
  3. Pour Step 2 into a frying pan, then assemble the okra on one end (remove the stems).
  4. Roll up the okra as you cook the egg, then wrap in parchment paper to shape.
  5. It's ready once cooled!
  6. Here they are packed in a bento!
