Tamagoyaki Okra Flowers
- 1 Egg
- 2 Okra
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 dash Mentsuyu
- Lightly boil the okra, then lightly coat with mentsuyu.
- Mix the sugar and egg together.
- Pour Step 2 into a frying pan, then assemble the okra on one end (remove the stems).
- Roll up the okra as you cook the egg, then wrap in parchment paper to shape.
- It's ready once cooled!
- Here they are packed in a bento!
