Vanilla Twist Cocktail

• 25 ml Galliano
• 30 ml citrus-infused vodka
• 15 ml lime juice
• 40 ml pineapple juice

1. Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker, strain into an ice-filled tumbler & top with soda water if desired.
