red pepper cajun style gulf shrimp (bd style)

  1. pre heat grill...oven is optional to 450ish
  2. in a large bowl, bring together the oil,garlic,cajun spice,soy,parsley,lemon juice/zest,brown sugar,celery flakes and red pepper seeds.
  3. add shrimp, toss.
  4. let sit in the fridge for a few hours...
  5. if grilling..which you should...place shrimp on skewers and grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  6. if you choose to use the oven, try the broiler.
  7. it works great!
  8. baking, place on cookie and bake 7-10 mins, flipping once...
  9. serve with rice and corn on the cob...
