Toasted Crab Rolls
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 small green bell peppers minced
- 1 small onions grated
- 1/4 cup celery finely cut
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves minced
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 1 x mayonnaise
- 1 x margarine
- 1 x cheese for topping
- 1 x bacon for topping
- Mix all together, seasoning to taste and moisten with mayonnaise.
- Split dinner rolls and spread with margarine.
- Then spread with crab mixture and over this lay a thin slice of cheese and a strip of bacon.
- Place in oven to allow cheese to soften and the bacon to crisp.
