Cold Rice Pudding
- 1 cup rice
- 12 cup sweet cream
- 12 cup sugar
- salt
- 1 teaspoon spice essence
- 3 cups milk
- Boil the rice in milk with a little salt.
- Cool.
- Add sugar and 2 tbsps.
- whipped cream.
- Pack into a jelly mould.
- Allow to get cool.
- Turn out.
- Spread with jam and cover with the rest of the whipped cream, flavoured with vanilla essence.
