3 Step Greek Chicken & Rice Skillet

  1. Heat dressing in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken; sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Cook 5 min., stirring once.
  4. Add vegetables and broth; simmer 5 min.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Simmer 5 min.
  7. Turn off heat.
  8. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  9. or until liquid is absorbed.
  10. Grate 1 tsp.
  11. lemon peel; sprinkle over chicken.
  12. Cut lemon into 4 wedges and serve with chicken and rice mixture, if desired.
