Maple Syrup Marinade

  1. To the maple syrup bottle (or a glass bottle with a lid), add the syrup, shallot, vinegar, mustard, rosemary, garlic and pepper.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Add the oil, cover and shake vigorously again to combine.
  4. Season with the salt.
  5. Use as a marinade for pork chops or chicken.
